No se respeto la reservación, al llegar al hotel me comentaron que no tenían disponibilidad, no se tuvo llamada o mensaje previo, me enteré del incumplimiento hasta llegar a recepción del hotel.

The breakfast was nothing. The parking sucked. Manager was very rude to my husband.

We didn't actually stay at this hotel, we got there to check in and they would not honor our reservation because they said they do not rent to locals. I do not live in Little Rock, I live in Hot Springs, which is 55 miles away and did not want to have to drive an hour back home after a concert. I have stayed here on 2 different occasions in the past but apparently they have different owners as of 2 years ago with this policy. I could not find anywhere on their website or on hotels.com that states this restriction. We had to scramble to find something else last minute on a concert night.

Decent stay but property could be cleaner.
-
There was black mold on the wall in our first room and then in the second room the tub didn't drain so you were standing in still water!
-
According to Expedia parking was to be included. Not the case when arrived and had to pay $10 for UNSECURED parking. Room was to have a "City View" but instead had the view of a McDonalds across the street.

Good hotle

Nothing Jennifer was extremely rude and disrespectful. My family booked online through a third party site. When we arrived she refused to accept the reservation. She claimed that they don't accept reservations for people that are within 4 hours of the location. She doesn't deserve to be the front desk person. All we wanted to do was have a room downtown. While we went to the baseball game. I don't ever recommend this place for anyone. Everyone on staff is rude and disrespectful. The hotel had over 25 rooms still available at 5 pm.

Clean room great staff.

This hotel was nice and convenient for my stay. I would not brag about the condition, but for the price I paid, I cannot complain! The breakfast was mediocre, but I loved the location because there are other amazing restaurants available close to the hotel

The garage could use some cleanup and be more secure especially that you pay a fee to park

The Staff Erica was very nice and helpful The whole building smelled Funky. The Elevator was. The worse ,carpet was nasty ,paint through out the building where it look like the painter was unprofessional. One of the employees said they just reopened in June and they shouldn’t have cause it’s not ready. Its was only 6 cars in the parking garage and to pay $13 I WOULD NEVER BE BACK

Very good

The staff who checked us in and out had attitude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were helpful. The room was clean, but smelled funky because the carpet felt wet. Good location though.
-
Location and friendly staff. Clean big rooms. Decor was a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

Jennifer the night front desk host was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for my family and I. She knew my kids had been cooped up in a car for 13 hours and were rowdy. She gave us all the places to go to but also found toys and masks to keep the little ones entertained in the room since they no longer have a pool.

I was always told if you can’t say something nice…. Don’t say anything. If it wasn’t for the staff, especially Jennifer, I would have rated it even lower
