The hotel was clean. The showers water wouldn't warm up so had to shower with cold water. The ice machine on our floor and the floor under us didn't work.

Upon checking in the young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. We did have questions about the airport shuttle service but Mr. Earle was extremely helpful and friendly. He did above and beyond with all the visitors he had to pick up and shuttle back and forth to the concert. Super guy. The room was neat and clean.

Outside/lobby & restaurant were all great but the room really needed a update on furniture & carpet. It was a spacious room.

Breakfast nothing to write home about

A disappointing stay. Not worth the price. No ice maker on our floor. Filthy carpet in the elevator. No plug for the bathtub. Was dying to take a bath after a long day on the road. Called front desk. Finally went down. The desk clerk said “oh yeah. Housekeeping doesn’t handle this. It’s engineering.” I stood there while he called them. 30 min later, a workman came, fiddled with a plug he had brought and said ok it works. After going out to dinner I tried to take a bath but the plug didn’t work. Plus, my husband was charged $25!!! For an Old Fashioned in the bar. The only good thing about this hotel was the bed. Wonderful mattress and pillows

We had no hot water first night and had to ask to be moved next day. They moved us but did nothing to compensate

That is was close to the convention center. Gary the man who drove the van at the hotel was awesome The trash was not emptied from the room at all. It was left in hallway by other rooms as well. I had to ask for a trash bags and do it myself.

Convenient to the convention center. Locked out of room because batteries were dead in the lock, A/C did not work great, very tiny room for the price, no fridge or microwave in the room.
-
The a/c unit would switch to heat every hr. It's July and the pool was closed for some reason.

Disappointing

Great location 2 hr wait to check in.

The cookies was great! The cleanliness of the lobby, elevator, hallways, restaurant makes it seem that housekeeping is nonexistent. Several floors do not have ice machine.
-
Check-in was easy and we got to check in early. The pool was closed down. I had to go up to the ninth floor to get ice kind of frustrating. The hotel is a little dated.

The rooms was clean and in general the hotel is older but but clean. Unfortunately, some aminities are older like the AC that keeps turning off every 30 mins or so, the room gets hot and it turns back on. There was no fridge in the room either so that was bummer. We only stayed a night but felt like if the AC was newer and won’t turn off periodically, our stay would have been more comfortable. But I commend the cleanliness and ease of checking in/out.
