Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone and said it was not which was ok, but at check out, we were charged $250 and told it was related to a cleaning fee for Smore, our dog. Smore does not shed and we made sure to keep the room tidy while we were there, so we were a little disappointed about this.

Very welcoming staff right on entrance. The entire hotel smelled really nice inside. We were on the 2nd floor and there’s only one elevator I believe for the entire place . This was a little annoying cause you had to wait a while. We ordered room service and the food was actually really good . Shower was nice but hated the sink. The towels were like sandpaper so they might want to invest in some fabric softener. Overall for only 1 night it was an ok stay.

Overall, an overpriced average hotel. The front desk staff needs to be more helpful and polite. If you book through Expedia, they will charge a $65 resort fee per night, per person. I will not return to this property again. Expedia should disclose all fees, including the resort fee, upfront.

This location is a hidin Gem in Little Rock Arkansas my husband and I really enjoyed this hotel for our anniversary weekend. Great Location Parking rooms excellent!
