I would have given higher rating but they missed a housekeeping day and they only do every other day so we really needed it. Mediocre breakfast at best. Everything else was pretty good.

This was an in between stop for us, but really stood out and made wish both the hotel before and after were Home 2 Suites. Definitely the best on trip.

Giant waste of time, money, and totally horrible service. I booked late in the evening on May 20th and when I arrived three hours later I was told they already declared me a no show and couldn’t put me in a room. We waited 30 minutes only to be told there was nothing they could do. Then I tried to pay for a second room just so we could sleep and the front desk person didn’t know how to assign us a clean room in the system. So we were forced to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. Before leaving I politely asked the front desk person to get this resolved the next day. I’ve had no call back and the charge is still on my credit card.

Wonderful easy in and out kind hostel. Good breakfast line up. Staff is super nice. Going through a remodel but was not intrusive, all in all not to bad. Would recommend staying on the 3rd floor you can hear the folks walking around just the thud of steps. Maybe just had heavy stepping 🚶♂️ people above .
