good location, hotel is a bit older but clean

We stated for one night in a king room with a pull out couch. For the most part things were great. The room could definitely be cleaner but it did the job. The staff were friendly and helpful. We woke up in the morning to ants in the room it seems someome left dog food by tge ac and it was attacked by ants. I informed the front desk and the gentleman apologized. Breakfast was a great perk!

Staff members are super supportive and easy to work with. And our room was very clean.

Room AC and Bathroom vent not working. Outside temp 96 degrees. Room was unbearable hot. Woke up with severe headache and respiratory system burning. Hotel would not accommodate a room change, refused to acknowledge the issues or provide a refund> Had to check out and go to another hotel down the street.

Our tv did not work. It cut in and out the whole time. Ended up watching a movie on my phone. We let the front desk. They mentioned they had no other complaints.

The staff at this hotel were so nice and friendly and helpful, they were a huge part of my favorable review. We were on the second floor and the room was spacious and clean. Check in and out was very smooth.

We have traveled many times and stayed in an overnight hotel but by far this is the best one the staff was so so helpful and everything was available and the breakfast was super. So on your way to Livermore or whatever be sure to stop at this Holiday Inn

The building door to the pool was not working and the gate to the pool. The tables in the pool area weren’t clean and the clean towel bin was empty. We went to have breakfast around 8:15 am and they were out of almost of the items. Breakfast is scheduled from 7-10 am, if I’m not mistaken.
