All good except I reserved for two queen beds but got a King bed. It was difficult with my family to sleep on sofa bed

Very nice and clean hotel my only complaint our room next to stair and hella load everytime people walking. i will stay here next time we visit livermore.

The room is cleaned and spacious.

First went to check in and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and filling from waffles to oatmeal. Parking was spacious and easy to find parking.

Hotel very nice and clean Staff very friendly .The only complain I had it was the pillows they had a strong odor lreally bad .

Nice new hotel. Conveniently located next to the Outlet stores and dining. Had some issues at check in; unfortunately the manager was not very hospitable in working through it. The rest of the staff was friendly.

. The hotel is clean and since we stayed during during a holiday they were short staff but even though we got a room later, the staff were doing everything they can to make our stay comfortable and welcoming.

The parking was plenty. Was not limited to just one vehicle. Parking and breakfast was free/included with the price if the room. The area of the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel itself was kept well. We were in and out of the room over 4days and 3 nights. My only negative is I requested the room to be cleaned and it was not. Other than that I have no complaints.

The location was the best! so many food options and the mall, you can't beat it. my family was so impressed so will definitely be back. The door knob do not disturb sign kept falling off the knob so easily, could have been made to stay on better. other than that the only other thing I could think of is, the bathroom should of been stocked with more toilet paper. either way, the front desk gave me another one when I ran out, can't beat their hospitality.

Our room on the 3rd floor has so many spiders! I killed about 5 during our 1 night stay. There was also a dead bug in the bed. The lobby level restrooms had just been cleaned when we were eating breakfast. There were no signs placed that the floor was wet and my 3yr old fell down and hurt her shoulder.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Livermore. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time together. The staff was friendly, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for helping make our family getaway special we look forward to staying again in the future!
