Good location and lovely view out the windows The room was very dated, needs refurbishment. Air conditioner didn't work very well as far too hot. Windows do not open to give you any air. We could not spend any time in the room and could not sleep very well. Bathroom was very small and the bath kept flooding while having a shower. Very poor for a hotel like this and needs major refurbishment.

Central location Corridors smelt damp

Proximity to water front. Parking nearby. Quiet room at rear of building. Comfy bed. Tea tray well supplied. Good shower. Served us well for weekend visit. Some mould in bathroom. And was a bit of a squeeze with loo and getting into bath for a shower. But otherwise clean and well stocked.

Great location, plenty of parking around, nice terrace bar, walking distance to Cavern.

The location is very central and only a few minutes walk to the Three Graces and the Royal Albert dock. The staff is helpful and very friendly too. Room is big enough and the bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping is not done every day unless requested. I understand that this is done for sustainable reasons, but for a 4 star hotel, I believe that this should be done automatically. Having said that, staff were very accommodating when we forgot to request it and arranged it.

Comfy beds, decent sized room. Friendly staff, efficient check in, good location. Two lifts working. Parking around the corner was a bit weird, but it worked.

The room 915 must have been the best in the hotel.and I was only 5 minutes to steampacket ferry the view is magnificent I spent all evening looking out at cruise ships coming and going. Lovely put across the road went to watch football in their. Not being able to use cash that stopped me from drinking and eating at hotel, but still great hotel with parking just around the corner. I will definitely be using the hotel again.
