Loved the hotel, the decor, the setting Maybe we got unlucky with weekend we visited…bar staff were very rude, took a long time to serve and seemed annoyed by having to serve you. We had a reservation in the restaurant and were told we had to sit down away from restaurant for a while as they were too busy to even talk to us, yet we had a reservation. We then decided to sit outside for our food and had to clear our own table, order our own food and basically bar cook the food, serve it ourselves! Also the fire alarm went off at 1am and woke the hotel twice.

Fabulous location on the waterfront. Loved being able to sit outside close to the water in the good weather. Nice staff and we liked the bar area a lot.

all of it and the room upgrade They advertised that on when showing the premier league games in the bar, cruz campo was on offer for £4.50. When I ordered a drink, they ran out and offered me a Madri then charged me £7.50. Sorry, but that's a rip off. Also, the car park next to the hotel costs £24 for 24hrs (overnight stay) with no discount or concession which I thought was poor

Great place to stay with a waterfront bar. Nice to walk back to the hotel at night. Lovely spot.

It was modern and quirky, close to the ferry port and great value I didn’t like the bed sheets. Also the lights weren’t working in the bathroom. The man at the bar also kept us waiting without acknowledging our existence, I think this was pretty rude. A quick, “I’ll be with you in a minute “ would have done. Cameron in front desk was excellent
