Frist room was dirty shower and a broken crack window but was up grade to a sudio wont was perfect Housekeeping manger should have check room and window defo needs replacing when on 12 floor

Great hotel, very clean and stadd are friendly and welcoming. Great location to get out and around Liverpool. The complimentry drinks in the fridge were very appreciated. Breakfast really was fantastic. Absolutely great view!

The hotel itself was modern, clean and in a good location. The room was comfortable and the property was generally well presented. Unfortunately, the experience at check-in completely overshadowed the positives of the stay. The check-in experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. We arrived at around 10pm with our fully trained assistance dog and were told we had to pay a £30 charge. The member of reception staff was adamant that the charge applied despite us explaining that our dog is an assistance dog. The discussion went on for over 30 minutes. During this conversation, the member of staff told us that she had charged other guests with assistance dogs in the past, including blind people who relied on their dogs to get around. She appeared to be proud of having done so. After considerable back and forth, the charge was eventually waived, but we received no apology whatsoever. The experience caused both me and my partner considerable distress and completely ruined our evening plans, resulting in us staying in the hotel rather than going out as planned.

Good location with easy access to train station and car parking. Easy to check in and out Nice bar area and rooftop terrace Some signs of wear in the room which could easily be touched up and sorted. Housekeeping working early hoovering the corridors

This hotel is lovely, impressive entrance and we really enjoyed our stay I think it is rather expensive

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely spotless, modern and beautifully decorated, and the room was really comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel extra special. The location is brilliant too, and the views across Liverpool are amazing. I genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return. Nothing it was amazing!
