Lovely hotel friendly staff my son loved the Beatles theme Only thing is that they didn’t have usb charging in the rooms I was glad I took my plug to charge my phone

One of our rooms had no window for view or natural light. Our daughter took that room. The two rooms were not equal in that respect. However, the well lit room had dreadful noise from the street all night long. Noise levels from street.

Location excellent, reception staff super friendly. Balcony at rear of building a little tired. Breakfast experience was awful. Hardly anything left (hot or cold) at 9.00am, had to sort through empty cereal packets to find some with contents. Hotplate had not much to offer for vegetarians, beans had run out, waited then I had to ask. I asked about mushrooms, told there weren't any left at all. Then when beans arrived, there were no plates. Pastries had gone except for one crushed croissant. The cold plate with fruit etc was woeful, with a tray of scrappy pieces of cheese, etc. The restaurant seemed disorganised, and lacking in so many basics.

Location was brilliant for Cavern Club area. Considering where the hotel was based it was super quiet inside our room. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Good size room, great value for money. When I tried to contact the hotel regarding them offering discounted parking as per an email I received from them I didn’t receive a great reponse. The first call I think I was speaking to AI rather than an actual person.

Fantastic location and decor. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choice. The bar area was lovely for a quiet drink. We were a party of 5, taking 3 rooms. One of the rooms was overlooking Cavern area and so very noisy until 1.30 am making it difficult to sleep. One of the other rooms (123) had tea making facilities but no plug for the kettle where it was set up. There was a hairdryer but the nearest plug for it meant that you couldn’t see in the mirror when drying your hair.

The location is fantastic Didn't like the shower being in a bath...... Much prefer walk-in showers.

Gorgeous hotel, loved the Beatles theme and it was right near Mathew Street and the Cavern Club. We got an upgraded room for free and it was stunning. A bit loud at night but that can be expected. Take some earplugs and you'll be fine.
