The hotel is in a very good location with friendly staff. The one thing I didn’t like about the room at the hotel was that the bathroom door didn’t shut as it was a sliding door.

Staff were helpful when trying to get us an early check in The previous history of the building The spiral staircase The shower was excellent Very quiet even though on a busy road Decor in bedrooms very dark. Check in time is very late when you have an eary flight. Reception area very poor and uninviting. Felt like we were eating in an office area at breakfast.

Brilliant, central location yet still peaceful in the rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff, very dog friendly Perhaps some of the decor / furniture was a little tired in places, but in keeping with the period style.

Stunning hotel. Faultless in every way. Beautifully renovated. We loved everything about it. Such comfortable beds with excellent heating/ cooling system in the room. Massive bathroom, very luxurious. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing!
