I like the location which is in the town centre and so close to most facilities in the centre of Liverpool. The venue for my conference is about 12 minutes walk from Tune hotel which contributed in making my stay in Liverpool worthwhile - The room not cleaned every day - The parking discount is good but could be made to be cheaper - No Fridge and Microwave in the rooms
-
Only thing wrong could do with extra pillow
-
Was very Basic/ but also cheap
-
The choice of beers Nothing everything was exceptional

The location was excellent, decor was modern and clean ? Really benefitted from air con in the room in the heatwave we experienced. Friendly and helpful staff. The layout of the room didn't make sense - no plug for lamp on desk or plug for hairdryer near long mirror. Plugs would also benefit from usb connection. Also, there are no drink facilities in the room.

They should warn people you can't drive near the hotel in the afternoons and evenings.
-
No kittle in room and they charge for hot water for coffees and tea at reception

It is great and close to everything. It is centrally located and just great. In fact, I am returning tomorrow to stay for one week All is good. A bit of a maze to find the rooms, but entertaining, and I kept laughing at first when looking for the location of my room number.

Great location ,across bars/restaurants/nightlife. Walking distance to attractions. Very comfy beds. Nice staff. Great view from the room. Bathroom needed a bit attention. The garbage trucks that came in the street at 4 am were very noisy. Window wouldn't close completely.
-
Friendly staff. Really comfortable room. The room was cleaned but the stench of bleach was overwhelming and actually didn’t feel healthy as you couldn’t open a window
-
Annex building. Room in basement with large windows, bit smelly
-
Tv didn't work...very hard to find even the restaurant worker next door struggled to direct...no kettle in room and tea very expensive in reception
-
Real maze to get to rooms if they put you in “wing c” with a really weird walk to get to the “wing” that included lots of steps and no lift the room wasnt cleaned very well, we found what looked like a blood stain on the wall by the bed our sink plug was stuck and took a lot of effort to fix our door jammed when we first checked in and we almost didnt have a room to stay in luckily the helpful woman at the desk got us in after lots of effort and quite a long time (hopefully that door gets looked at!)
-
Room had an awful view of air con units
-
The windows dont open and Netflix dont work. Also the receptionist told us over the phone that we would get a discounted parking and we didnt get it and had to pay 27 pounds just to use the car park that they advised to use.
