The windows didn't shut properly so we lost the benefit of the double glazing. There was no problem with noise from within the hotel but the noise from outside was disruptive and annoying, (we were on the back lane and could hear bins of glass bottles being emptied at all hours and music til late on the Saturday night. The shower door was very hard to open and close (kept thinking we were going to break it).

Room without refrigerator

Lovely staff, convenient location, good value. Would book again here. Some issues with AC in my room and the window wouldn't stay open by itself. They offered to have a look at it. Not the end of the world given the convenient price of the rooms.

The room wasn't cleaned even once during 4 days. Also the toilet was broken and took more than 24 hours to fix.

Facility is bad

I paid £30 totally for early checkin-in, but it didn’t work. I was not able to get into the room before 15:00

Great location, comfortable bed. From Friday to Saturday, it was impossible to fall asleep until 2 a.m. because the music below our room (106) was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. Cleanliness also left much to be desired—there were stains on the bedding. The online check-in felt like applying for an ETA (scanning your passport and taking a selfie), and the hotel also requires a deposit in case of property damage. All of this is understandable, but it does make things a bit more complicated.

Only the location although there is bar that has a loud music down. Not clean. No room service. Bad customer service, no response when I contacted them about the AC issue. No AC. Small bed even they said double bed. Non polite staff. Bad smell everywhere.

Location was fine. Close to attractions and shops etc. No Reception desk at all, pin # to enter and collect key. A few other guest in met in the Foyer not that impressed either. Really miss having that person to be able to ask questions about the Hotel and surrounding area. To ask questions you have to call a reception team to find out anything. The room was not serviced during my stay which is a normal thing in a decent hotel. Not all towels supplied and no shelf in the fridge. Only 2 coffee's provided, I had to go and purchase more from Tesco. Little things mean a lot to a guest, well me for one.
