It was a quiet but centrally located making it easy to get around. Our room was comfortable and compact but it worked perfectly for our needs. Will stay here again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a basic selection but more than enough to start the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Air conditioning stopped working after a while of being on, even when we switched it off then back on again. Not a deal breaker but it was roasting during our stay so the air con was needed.

Upon arrival, the security guard and the reception staff showed an unfriendly attitude.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bus from the airport brought us within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff at the check in desk were so friendly and helpful and the room and bed were really comfortable. Brilliant location as beside Liverpool One and plenty of food options and shopping to choose from. Will stay again when in Liverpool next time! No complaints!

Very convenient- plugs near bed, air conditioning, nice coffee machine in rooms, dishwasher and tabs, iron and board. Rooms small but comfortable. They’ve thought of everything. Very grey interior. Slightly cold feel.

Location was great, staff were amazing aside from very impolite cleaner. Very little storage space, nothing in the bathroom or bedroom, so we were bitterly disappointed over that.

The very Large bed and facilities were very good The TV had a fault on it. What appeared to be 6 spotlight disks on the background of every channel viewed. Most disconcerting. Must be it's old age. Needs replacement.Dining chairs to hard. Upgrade needed.

We got upgraded the room from 1 bedroom with sofa to 2 bedroom with sofa and it was excellent. We stayed at the hotel during our visit to liverpool game, the staffs were super nice, the hotel was clean, and in the good location. Near the tube (with lift access) which makes it easy for traveling with luggages. Also. It was near the bus station to Anfield Stadium and near the liverpool one which has lots of shopping stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.
