Good location and big comfy bed Could of had more toiletries. Could of had a bigger tv. Could of had mini fridge.

Pretty central to the centre, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were a nice size and were very clean. The pillows were bad, felt old and over used.

Location is perfect, across the road from James Street Station, plenty bars, restaurants within walking distance and just a few minutes from shopping centre..plenty public transport outside hotel Everything was excellent

Great location just opposite James St station. Very central to everything. Stayed in rm 9. Bed very comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful Considering the amount of bars etc around the area we slept well. Would definitely return again Bathroom mirror was obviously placed by a tall workman as I’m only 5ft 3 and I could just see my chin upwards. The shaver socket was near the top of the mirror, so had I been a man I never would have been able to reach it.

It was a lovely welcoming clean environment. There isn’t much I’d say that I disliked if I’m honest just a few bits that could have been done. One was the headboard on the bed could do with being hoovered as it had a lot of sitting dust, second thing the mattress on the double bed was really solid and not good for bad backs even my 5 year old didn’t find it comfortable unfortunately and then the third thing being the air con unit leaked overnight and my daughter woke up with a soaked pillow and wet hair this isn’t obviously the hotel’s fault as such and I just made them aware in the morning and the guy on the desk was so apologetic. Overall though we would highly recommend and would most definitely come back again.

The property was very central and close to the M&S arena. It was quiet, even though it was on a main road. Nothing.

Loction excellent 5min walk to docks 10 minute to main area. Air conditioning in room room very clean.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were small but ok and clean I didn’t like how small the hotel was the lift was slow and the rooms were small, but it’s not that deep

Location was great No window, not enough plug sockets, only one lift which is slow! Not worth the £200 don’t think I’d be back
