nothing to be honest staff wasn’t professional, a lot of coming and going in reception. water stains on ceiling in corridors. the room was very cold the radiator was to far and wasn’t big enough ti heat the room. water leaking from sky light on to bed and floor. The windows were ti this as in sigle pain and noise from street and the coldness was going in from the window.

Good location and easy to find Others staying seemed a bit worse for ware and possibly housed there by the council whilst awaiting permanent housing. Disheveled old men drinking and people shouting/getting nearby takeaway in the PJs plus there was a barking dog in a room near us.

The location is perfect for enjoying Liverpool's city centre and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchenette in the room has good facilities for cooking and a fridge for keeping things cold. The room didn't quite match up to the pictures and looked a bit ragged. The kitchenette didn't have much cups, plates etc. which was a bit disappointing. The showerhead is very small and not installed high enough for anyone 6ft+. The bed only had 1 pillow per person and the reception weren't able to provide any more pillows. Thankfully we were given other things to bulk up the pillow space instead. The bed is quite small and the room isn't very quiet (partly due to the central location but partly due to thin walls and windows). The skylight in the room could not be covered, meaning sunlight shining in the room in the morning whether you want it or not. It also began to condensate by the end of our trip leading to the water dripping on the floor and bed on our last night.
