The location, the staff very helpful and nice, very comfortable and quiet The pillows and blanket very smelly. I requested them to change it and they supposed to change it but again it’s very smelly . I couldn’t stand it and even out perfum but it was smell very bad. Like someone sweating

We stay here all the time and we love it it's perfect for us the kids LOVE the pool that's they're favorite thing ... Great staff very safe and clean the car park has staff circling it all night it's our number one place to stay !! Room service is great awesome food and convenient as it's in a great spot close to places and next door to the Catholic Club so all in all we are happy with staying here every time we visit Sydney ? No bad reviews!!

Not being disturbed. The room service and food selection. The shower and bathroom. The lounge, the room, the aircon control, the blackout blinds. The staff, the restaurant. The coffee satchels. Hard to get a hold of room service on one night. No freezer capacity

The pub next door was good and had the best breakfast. Not the buffet, that was average. $60 for two. Walk past that and go to the cafe. Half the price and twice as good. There was no hot water. It was just above cold water temp. By the time we figured that out we were about to leave. Also, the room wasn't clean when we got there.. well the room was clean but there was a freshly 'used' condom on the foot of the bed. The reward for being polite and nice about it to the staff by not causing a scene at the front desk was two free beers and a cleaner removed the loaded franga.

Ive stayed here many many times and this is the first time ive had a gripe. A large group of other guests were blasting really loud awful music and took over the pool/pool area. It would have been nice if staff could've done something about that so everyone could use it (especially with the 40° heat all weekend)

Nice venue in general. The pool was also relaxing and nice. Food was great in the restaurant. Liked the accessible gym. N/A

All the staff bar 1. Lets start with everyone else, they were friendly, respectful and accommodated all of our needs. The one that wasn't - a male security guard, I believe he had a beard, and was working on the night of the 18th. He treated one of our team members, a heavily pregnant woman, in an unhelpful and unkind manner, this included dismissing her question, not assisting with information to help her join us for a meal in the restaurant, advising her she was not permitted to enter, and when she became unsettled mocking her and laughing in her face, she then went to her vehicle and wept. This is abhorrent. Our organisation paid for a number of staff to have rooms with your establishment and we will be reconsidering this in the future. And this is a shame as everyone and everything else was a stand out. This person needs help

Stayed there businees not vivid enviorement but economical

Large parking lot (no issues finding parking for hire car). Friendly staff (smooth and easy check-in). Clean, modern and comfortable room. We had a room for four people that was split between two levels: entry level was a studio with a two-person bed and a full bath (shower, toilet and sink); upstairs level was a two-person bed with half-bath (toilet and sink). Included breakfast was good (essentially a full English breakfast buffet). A little expensive.

The catholic club next door was fantastic, staff were excellent, gave an early check in as we got an early flight. Excellent service. Room was clean and presentable. Was a great stay.
