Cheap, convenient, friendly staffing, Parking: There is currently no designated parking space, even though sufficient space and resources exist to provide one. Clothes Drying: With many guests staying, it would be helpful to have multiple clothes drying lines equipped with enough clothes clips. Bathrooms: The two bathrooms are a great feature. However, one includes a bathtub instead of a shower screen. Replacing the tub with a shower screen could be a worthwhile improvement. Maintenance: Periodic maintenance, such as lubricating the hinges, would be beneficial, as they produce significant noise at night.
