Little to no hot water for shower one morning

Nicely renovated, good location. Best accommodation than other places near by. Bit noisy at night only issue. Noise out side during The night

Friendly staff, very nice comfortable room and bed. And good food at the hotel bistro.

Front staff was friendly and helpful, plus got some drink vouchers for the inconvenience od restructuring there. The fact that locating your room was through an outdoor fire stairs that was slippery and dark, walking through construction site just to get there. Trying to sleep when a guy is drilling in the middle of the night! PMO... The room was good, nice decor, plenty of space and clean looking. The bed looked good, til i laid on it, it was so soft it felt like i sank straight away...too soft, cleanliness was average, water was all over the floor in the toilet bathroom, was a leak coming from the ceiling, possibly the lights...found some hairs on the sheets when i pulled the covers..eww

Location , rooms very clean and renovated , the bed very comfortable Renovation works and having to access via fire stairs ,, I hurt myself climbing stairs , the hot water in shower didn’t last ,,as we walked up the road to my dads and too Mounties its the surrounding area is so dirty with rubbish and non existent gardens - I’ve travelled the world and the western suburbs of Sydney unfortunately is a massive let down

They definitely didn’t give it a good clean Hair on the toilet seat Mini bar had half drunken water in it

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Access to the room was via a rickety fire stair. Construction started before 8am. I was charged a bond, which was not previously advised, as well as supplying credit card details on online check-in for incidentals. The bond was refunded promptly. Online check-in was mostly ignored.

There are currently renovations and access could be limited for some

Fun and happy girl on reception. It is one of the cleanest rooms, and I travel a lot. Just one thing: deposit for regular guests.
