Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the hotel breakfast was good. I will be back the next time I’m in Syracuse!

We always stay here for visits to Syracuse University. The location is fabulous -- 20 min away from campus, plenty of food and shopping choices, comfortable beds and fabulous staff.

The eggs served in breakfast was watered down and the coffee was not hot and it taste off. Too many solicitors sitting at the gazebo smoking and drinkingfor hours. Room was not too clean. There were ants on the carpet

Place was clean and staff very friendly

It was a place for me and my wife to lay our heads and shower. The shower was curbless and drained all over the bathroom. Had it not been for my wife and I taken showers with a break between showers, we would have flooded the room.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Staff was pleasant. Room had a funny smell and bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were also visible stains on the rug.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions to amenities around the area

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We were ready too late to see the breakfast. Parking was fine.

It was an amazing trip. Everybody was very nice. Hotel was clean. The pool was amazing. Definitely going to be staying here again. We stay in Syracuse is quite frequently, but from now on, we’re definitely gonna stay here

We arrived here at midnight very tired and with kids, otherwise we would have look for another option. The room wasn’t clean and had an “being used” by someone else odour. We left quickly in the morning. Breakfast and staff weren’t bad, the room was.
