Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay

Everything was perfect, the staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. The staff made this stay the best they are a special bunch, and you should be proud to have them all. Moriah and others were incredibly friendly and I felt very welcome throughout my stay

The front desk clerk and the cleaning staff went out of their way to locate my wedding ring that was left there, so I could retrieve it on my way home. The room was oder-free and clean. Everyone was friendly. It would have been nice to have a closet in the room.

I spent almost a week at the Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay and had a great stay. I felt comfortable and safe, the property was well-cared for and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and the overall cleanliness' of the hotel A facility fee...only 4.61 , but felt ridiculous

Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the TV volume was very low even on high and there was no chair other than the office chair that was located to watch the TV. I had to move the comfortable chair from one corner to the middle of the room.

The bathroom was not clean. Your feet stuck to floor, hair all over and had mold. We both got sick after being there. The air conditioning filters were not cleaned.

Our room was never cleaned! Hair all in the bathroom, and on the floor and in the shower drain, crumbs all over the carpet. Because, there was a big concert, it was sold out and we had to keep a dirty room. BEST part, I am an operating room nurse and I had to pay for a dirty hotel that I will never go to again. The front desk people were very kind. I cleaned up with all our towels the best i could do.

Everything about this property was wonderful! From the staff, room cleanliness, complimentary breakfast, parking, and location of hotel, EVERYTHING was above expectations. The closeness to shopping and restaurants, but not hearing the traffic, was fantastic. Will absolutely be making this hotel our go to when in Syracuse.
