One of the rooms had a clogged sink and the refrigerator wasn't working properly. But i found out later that they did not mention this to the hotel staff, maybe it would have been a solved problem.

Our first room had bugs so they moved us into a tiny trailer that shook the entire night while it stormed. The second night, we had to move a second time to a family room that they made sure to say “is a tiny upgrade”. We didn’t ask/expect anything except a clean room. This led to us spending a lot of unnecessary time going back and forth with our luggage to 3 different rooms. The pool area was filthy. It also says no swimming everywhere so you basically just stand around wading in water.

The location is a bit far from the city center, though it’s accessible by bus. I also noticed that the layout—small houses facing each other—means you can easily see and hear people passing by, and they can see inside if your curtains are open.

The room and bathroom were basic. The room is sunny from early morning and very bright with natural light. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, a large selection of liquids. There is a lot of greenery around the accommodation, which leaves a particularly good impression. Parking nearby and included in the price. So much greenery around the accommodation and the sound of birds is totally for relaxation and meditation. I think the whole accommodation unit is being renovated, but there is no noise, you can actually hear the birds.

Rooms are large and clean. Plenty of space. I was with my family in January so it was cold and snow outside while room had excellent heating. Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff is nice and pleasent. It looks to me the whole environment is quiet and pleasant for rest. We just spent the night and had a breakfast. The bathroom is nice and large but there is no enough hangers for towels.

A peaceful place to stay, the room was clean and it had all we needed. The staff was approaching and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was decent. All good.
