Best Western Premier Hotel Slon

For 206 euro/night plus 38 euro parking I get a room with the vew over a construction site. The infernal noises started at 8:00 in the morning and never stopped till I was gone. The furniture is old, everything is old inside and I assure you that all the pictures in presentantion are mialeading. The adress in the maps is wrong and it is very difficult to get there by car. Avoid at all costs!

Perfect location, especially for a short stay. The hotel was clean, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable. Breakfast was solid, with a good selection.

We are very satisfied with our stay. We didn’t have to worry about parking - staff took care about our car. The hotel is very comfortable in the best location in the city, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff is very friendly and professional. We recommend this hotel to everyone. Nothing

Breakfast. Location. Total disaster. Tiny room for a Smurf. Outdated exhausted shabby. Corridors. Bathroom. Room itself is so poor. And for 200 euro in Ljubljana not in Monaco.

Friendly staff at breakfast area your reception area is awful; it does not represent your grandeur; we waited for more than 30 minutes because all your three staff are focusing to serve one client that has a missing payment; please never do that again.

The location is phenomenal, you are close to everything! There are no adjoining rooms for families and initially we were placed in two rooms not next to each other. After talking to the staff they graciously moved us to a larger room so we could all be together. It was a really nice experience.

Breakfast was great. The staff were amazing. I wanted to mail something back to the US and the post office was closed. They took the packaged and mailed it for me. Amazing.

The room was bit small.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even booked us a taxi to the airport and since it was earlier than the breakfast time, they had breakfast boxes waiting for us when we checked out.

Beautiful historical hotel. Comfortable beds, tub in bathroom, very spacious room. Amazing breakfast buffet. Polite and very professional staff. Excellent English. Location at the heart of the Old Town. A bit hard to locate despite instructions sent by hotel. GPS kept telling us we were arrived… we were right there but had trouble navigating the pedestrian zone in the Old Town (allowed for hotel guests). Granted we arrived at night which made it harder.

The room key card was highly frustrating, failing constantly and forcing me to make six trips to reception for replacements over two days. Also, the shower water temperature fluctuated wildly between hot and cold.

Valley parking right in the front of the Hotel, friendly staff, great location.

Comfortable bed Old and being renovated. Not advertised. Noisey. aircon not working in heatwave, was sitting on about 24 degrees blowing tepid air - no sheet on top and still too hot.
