From the moment we stepped in, the staff were unbelievingly kind and accommodating. We came to Slovenia to celebrate our honeymoon and not only were the front desk employees very congratulating, but we also had an extra special experience in our room. We had an incredible view of Ljubljana, plus some treats for us to enjoy waiting for us in the suite. The breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from including traditional breakfast fares (eggs, porridges, bacon, fruit, coffee) but also lot of special deserts, dried meats, and other treats. We also received a coupon for free drinks on a local boat tour. We used them and had a wonderful time. This hotel and its staff will true let go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. We should have stayed longer! It was amazing.

Perfect location, very helpful and friendly staff, a luxury feel to the place, excellent breakfast and the room was huge with an incredible view of the city (Room 913). Nothing. It was perfect.

Very nice hotel just 2 mins walking from the central plaza. The rooms were very pleasant and everything was very clean. Comparatively one of the better breakfasts as well!

In the description is also that they have a pool, but is not functional due to reconstruction.

Breakfast was included and had a large variety of options. My room was large and had a lot of storage options for luggage and clothes, which was nice. The bathroom also had a lot of space and the room was cleaned daily. There were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel (9 floors). It sometimes took awhile for the elevator to come, and it didn’t always seem to go the direction that you would expect

Amazing location. Best view from the room. No hotel can beat this location. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Everyday there was something new. One day I had to skip the breakfast and the sandwich prepared by them was excellent. Room was spacious. There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Only Internet speed could be better.

Good location and nice breakfast. Pleasant staff that accommodated our request to change rooms due to construction noise and strong paint odors. Parking quite expensive. Construction taking place in the pool area (9th floor) and we were given room right under it (8th floor) so there was noise and strong paint odors.
