There was only one good thing about this place, a man who worked at the restaurant in the morning and was very friendly. Horrible communication. When we arrived the airconditioning was being installed, however this didn’t work when we tried it. We first called the number on the info brochure inside of the room, no response, even after calling five times. Then we tried the email address, the address had been deleted. Eventually, after calling another thousand times, we receive a message to text via WhatsApp. We texted at 15h48. A second message at 19h29 after seeing the host had been online without responding. Only at midnight did we receive an answer saying someone would come by at noon the following day. No one came. We went to the restaurant and asked if they knew who we could contact, they said they didn’t know anything. We sent another message, no response. At 18h the person from the restaurant who said they didn’t know anything knocked on our door and fixed the airconditioning. Later in the evening we received a message apologizing that was clearly written by AI. The room was moist, parts of the ceiling fell down and nearly hit my boyfriend in the face. The toilet wasn’t flushed when we came into the room. When we wanted to flush it, it was clogged, didn’t flush, messy stinky business. The bathroom doesn’t have any overhead lights. There’s no safe, which is necessary since the passwords don’t change, so everyone could walk in.

The staff, which isn't located in site, should make it clear that you must fill out their online form before you arrive or you won't get your room code to get in.

I like that they serve breakfast and it was easy to Find. It’s really close to town

Location is great, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean Rooms are humid, you need to have AC at all times in order to enjoy. Floors are not very clean, dust was falling from ceiling bricks

Everything! Spacious and beautiful place, comfortable, in amazing location, with coffee maker and complimentary coffee, and the stuff, who contacted us through message, was really nice and helpful!

The location is near the city center and rooms are renovated. The customer service is practically non-existent. Before our arrival, I wrote to request a crib for our baby, as advertised on their page, but never received a reply. I then called their phone number, and they told me they would check with the cleaning staff, yet I didn’t hear back for hours. I tried calling several more times, but nobody ever answered. Only late in the evening I received a WhatsApp message saying the crib was not available because I should have requested it earlier, despite the fact that I had already done so before our arrival. After pointing this out, I received no further response. On top of that, all rooms are located underground and it became very hot at night.

Rooms are in basement level. Not good ventilation.

Grout lines in the bathroom could use a little attending to, but other than that, the place was in great shape very friendly staff

The location was great. We only had breakfast. We expressed our desire for butter and honey. We got marmalade and butter. Cappuccino and tea were excellent, as well as probably homemade bread. We didn't know the woman who worked, but she is a cook, but a waiter, but a cleaner. The bathroom was dirty, the towels were on the floor, the trash was probably from the guests before. We found a lot of hair in the bed. There was someone's hair on one of the beds. We were able to remove the hair from the bedding, which probably hadn't been changed. We slept dressed, because the bed was suspiciously clean. There is dust on the floor, especially in the corner. We were too tired to ask for another room. Maybe we wouldn't even get one

Very good position and place. Staff very kind during the breakfast. My bed, in the bunk beds, was so dirty with the piece of the build. Nobody arrived for clean and change the staffs.

Architecture, nice furniture, comfortable beds, good location. Room with plenty of space Check out time too early (10 AM). I had some doubts about the procedures for receiving keys and identifying the room. Despite receiving instructions (including photos), I did not find the instructions very clear regarding this. I noticed that the rooms in this facility have names and are identified more by name than by number (I do not know if this is common in Ljubljana) and this made me lose some time in identifying the room and the place where the keys would be. It was later resolved.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. Fridge in the room. Big TV. The breakfast was very good. Parking was under the shopping centre, about 1 minute walk. The river is in 5 minutes. It would have been better if I had been given clear information about where to park the car so that I did not have to find out on arrival. The radiator temperature control was missing, it was not possible to lower its temperature and the room was quite warm.

Please note that the room is very nice but the smell terrible....... There was not enough hot water from 3 people. also the breakfast is from 8pm and not from 7,30pm as we have informed. I am not sure if the duvet and the pillow case were clean...The restaurant was closed on Saturday for lunch or dinner but the employees are very kind and helpful.

Very very nice Description of the parking place was not clear. They do not have their own parking lot, only one parking place in the nearby public garage which needs to be paid at some better rate than usual... even that is not available for all the guests. That made me issues as i was travelling with a small child. Also, the breakfast offer should be better. Other than that all was perfect!
