Good location. Our room did not have AC and did not have a window that opened to the outside. When we arrived the room smelled so heavy of cleaner that we couldn't breathe. It was hot in the room all night and the smell never really left.

Very pleasant, well refurbished hotel, in a quiet location. They were happy to lock my backpack away when I arrived on the morning train. Breakfast was convenient, but I would probably go elsewhere if I stayed again. Staff were helpful. The inner well overlooked by the window had been decorated with imagination.

The localization was really nice and the common area of the hotel was ok. The bedrooms were small, the bed was too small and old, the furniture was old as well and the room didn’t have a fridge. They didn’t have free coffee or free tea neither in the room nor the reception. Even the coffee machine was broken. It was a pretty simple hotel, but served the purpose.

The location is great, can easily walk to the town, to restaurants. Breakfast good. Room was very tiny. There was no shower gel (only tiny bit of shampoo & tiny hand soap), staff did not speak English. Paid parking.

Very well located. Close to the old town. Short walk to every corner Service, location and value

Location is quite good, parking is not too far but not easy to find. The staff didn’t share clearly how to go and it was quite difficult to find. Staff welcome was average. Parking location not well explained, feeling she wanted to finish quickly the process. Room was clean and spacious but missing a desk and a chair. Only 4 beds and 4 bedside tables, way too simple given the pice paid. Bathroom simple but ok. No fan in the room, way too hot at night and just by the street so very noisy.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from centre. Room was big enough for 3. We didn’t use the room to self cater but it was equipped. No air conditioning and the fan was high in the ceiling. Didn’t have breakfast as it was served in the hallway.

Juan was very helpful. He had umbrellas to lend us. Clean room with comfortable bed close to centre and walking distance from bus and train.

The room was very spacious, clean and the staff were lovely. Added bonus was the water filter in the common area to refill drink bottles. The renovations are really poorly done. Our shower leaked so bad that our whole bathroom floor was constantly wet and I needed to ask for extra towels. There must be something wrong with the sewer or plumping because the bathroom smelt like an open sewer really badly.

Location was perfect, size of the room and the bathroom, the guy at the reception was very helpful, the room was very quiet and clean. The shower was not able to contain the water. After showering the whole bathroom was under water. We did not say anything, but dealt with it.

Location, friendly staff - lovely room Car park- although parking was available for 10 euros The access was difficult, it was unlit and very tight to park - we had a little Peugeot and could not get round the corners Very damp and dark In August there is a free car park 10 mins walk away - there were plenty of spaces

There was nothing to like. Stuffy, noisy room on a busy street. Hot, noisy lift all night. No air flow, couldn’t sleep. One f the worst and overpriced hotels I have ever stayed in.
-
Good central location. Nice room. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast. Bed was awful!!!!! Slanted to one side. Appalling. Parking was difficult.......had to park at beach in a public car park, which was not a major inconvenience, but wasn't made clear on website.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Llanes is a great little town and I could have stayed longer. Room was large with small kitchen. Our room got a bit stuffy, the fan did not seem to work and we did not open all the windows because we were at ground level and they opened onto the back patio. Request a room on a higher floor. The fire alarm went off in the night and the entire hotel evacuated and stood on the street in their pajamas, no big deal and no fire, but it was strange that no staff came outside to tell everyone that it was clear and safe.
