Excellent location and relatively quiet for being a central location Check-in process was chaotic. Strict check in time of three. You were able to leave luggage which filled the lobby area. Three o’clock came and then the long line began for check-in with annoyed guests waiting in line. If rooms are ready let people check-in for crying out loud. Hotel created its own unnecessary chaos and customer irritation!

Location, nice town

No way thats a 3 star hotel … nothing The room is tiny next to a busy sidewalk on the ground floor … ask if they could find a less noisy room … they said no I would have to pay for a New Room on a higher level

Staff was a bit rude.

Las Rocas is a classic old-style hotel with a 24-hour attendant and restaurant. Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. For those walking El Camino, the hotel is right on the route, and Bar Urial down the street opens before 7 AM. A great place for pilgrims to rest.

The location is fantastic, right on the small harbour, in the middle of the old town

The location is stunning. The staff are really helpful. I was traveling by bike and they secured it for me and helped with luggage. I also left things in the safe and Maria notified me very promptly and all was secure. All up, a comfortable and friendly hotel. Everything worked and very happy! Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms.

Nice for Camino walkers

Location Loud noise from hotel- you couldn’t sleep and relax , constantly something was going on, noise from corridors, kitchen, bar , no chairs in the room. Personally I think it’s overpriced for all conditions.

Window fell off hinges. Staff told me I was too rough with window…and to leave it closed. So, maybe not the most user friendly place to stay!

At check in, the young receptionist, who was from Mexico, was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a wonderful view of the harbour. Parking was an extra fee.

Super location. Lovely bedroom views. Bath/shower a little on the small side. Curtain makes it feel smaller.
