Right n the heart of town! Comfortable bed and lots of outdoor seating. If you have a car, find a place to park as much before 7pm as possible especially on a weekend. We had friends to drop off outside the old district and arrived at 8. Due to an evening rally of sorts even the public garage was “complete”. If this happens to you maybe do what we did: went to a local bar/restaurant “Friends Cafe” to relax a few hours until all clears (they have parking) and garage is open.

Our room was on the top floor, and there are quite a few stairs to get there, which can be a bit challenging when carrying luggage. However, the terrace is beautiful and definitely worth it.

Location was perfect right in the heart of the old town. Clean spacious room with high vaulted ceiling - original and authentic - and even though there were other guests it was very quiet. Access to kettle in top floor kitchen for tea was nice. Roof top terrace provided great views. The girl who checked us in and cleaned rooms was so sweet and personable and beautiful! We loved the city park close by with its panoramic view of the valley below. The breakfast served in the cafe next door was very good and generous for a typical italian breakfast. Everything was perfect!

There was a broken soap container/shelf in the shower, so there was no place to put soap or things to use in the shower. The shower was also moldy. The wifi didn't work though out oue stay, mind you there os no reception because of thick walls. They blamed the rain, I don't think that's true a restaurant nearby had wifi. The place and especially our room had very, very steep steps, almost a ladder. This should be mentioned in the description.

Great location, many restaurants nearby. Very quiet, clean, comfortable bed! Photos were accurate, cool town to visit, really enjoyed our stay here! The shower was quite cramped, and the shower head needs to be tightened as it kept changing position when in use. There are a lot of stairs, but this was no surprise as it was mentioned in the details.

Fantastic location in a great town, Locorotondo. The staff was excellent and helpful. Nice breakfast too.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was moderately good - there was always cheese and meat and not just pastries. I appreciated that there was a water kettle available for use at any time. There was a very small balcony with a table and chair with a sweet view of the narrow street. Check-in wasn't very good. The staff What's Apped with me about our arrival time but then we ended up waiting out in the rain for someone to show up. The stairs are very steep which was actually kind of amusing but a little challenging.

An interesting cozy room in an ancient building in the old town of Locorotondo. Nice renovation. Spacious bathroom. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast. Kind staff The room was warmed after my asking before coming. Very good location Steep stairs ?

Amazing ?

Central location We booked the deluxe room, but it was disappointing. The room is actually a divided corridor where breakfast is served above us each morning. The noise from guests and staff is very loud, making it hard to sleep. We paid over €120 per night, which feels too high for what we got. The bathroom is a small, added-on space with a shower cubicle; it smells musty and has some mold. The steep staircase was difficult for my girlfriend, who recently injured her foot. Check-in was chaotic; we waited outside with other guests for 20 minutes before someone arrived, and there were no clear instructions.

nice and clean room. friendly staff. pictures a bit misleading as the room is at the 2nd floor with access to ROOF terras, which was very nice though. access is a bit though, through very steep and narrow stairs. if you are travelling light... no problem, otherwise challenging

Amazing breakfast in perfect location. If you are travelling by car, there is free parking in piazza Antonio Mitrano and then a 6 minute walk to the accommodation. Loved everything about my stay.

It was in a really central location. The room was very comfortable and plenty of choice at breakfast. Unfortunately we were unaware of the many extremely steep ( and deep) stairs both up to, and down into the room. They were so steep that when we went out we didn’t feel we could just pop back to the room so stayed out until bed time.Our fault-we should have read all the reviews! I think that the stairs should be mentioned in the main description on Booking.com

This place exceeded our expectations. It is located in the middle of the historic center, and the terrace has a view of the city's cathedral. Extremely comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, but that was part of the unforgettable experience. We are in love with this place!

The location is very good, with free parking recommended by the owner (We stayed over the weekend, and on Friday until 3 pm, parking was not allowed there because of a local market, while on Saturday parking was allowed in the central area of the parking lot)
