Very spacious, well maintained and centrally located. Care taker was very attentive and made sure our stay was great. Everything was really good

Very good

The hotel was a great location, and an easy walk to the town centre. There is road noise if this bothers you. Nice clean room with a fridge which was appreciated and a nice little balcony to sit out. Air con was cold and the shower was good. The staff were wonderful and helped us with scooters. Pretty grounds that are kept immaculate by the staff, and a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers. No mosquito net which meant we got bitten every night, and the room was very dark. Breakfast was nice (simple omelette or pancake) but staying 5 nights it did get very repetitive. Pool turned my blonde hair green so maybe fewer chemicals! All minor issues.

Amazing staff which helped us rent motorbikes. Also an amazing pool which we had all to ourselves. Breakfast is great for the money and overall had a lovely stay Kitchen was little lacking, no glasses and only 3 mugs.

The staff was so responsive, genuine and carrying. Taking care of us and the garden so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest!

Aircon worked really well and it was a comfortable nice private home Road noise

Location is great and you feel super safe here. Staff are amazing, breakfast is yummy and the big bonus is the fenced pool.

We loved the initial welcome from Brian, very friendly & helpful staff (they got an NMax bike for us & arranged a driver to airport), gardens, large pool & fruit at breakfast Nothing to dislike at all

The location is in the center of kuta area on the main street. The room has a very good size of space and separate bathroom. The staff are nice and kind. The free breakfast was simple but good for starting the day. They provide refill drinking water and toilette. There is a towel racks provided outside Some furnitures and electrical devices are old such as TV or the closet. In addition, the light went off time to time which its cause wasn’t informed

Wonderful breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff. Very warm and welcoming, nice pool. Interior a bit run down, rooms close to street so sometimes a bit loud, however not too bad.

Location was fantastic and also great to have breakfast included. Wifi was super weak, air conditioning barely working and toilet not flushing. Charged 3% because we needed to pay by card so bring cash if you book here.

The breakfast was super good and the people working there are absolutely adorable ! I'd come back again !

Great garden + location + breakfast!

Location was great, scooter price that was offered was excellent (60k/d), I had a free (unrequested) upgrade to the villa for the first few days which was wayyy too big for me but very humorous none the less. Can never complain about a free breakfast. I felt the place was safe and secure. As a surfer I would have preferred an earlier breakfast (OK maybe you can complain), staff weren't really that present of engaging - but were friendly and helped out whenever I actively engaged them. The place was much smaller than I expected so not really much of a chance to meet fellow travellers. Only breakfast on offer, which I can understand given the smallness of the site and its closeness to food places in Kuta Lombok.
