Motel 6 Lomita, CA

Front desk guy had a bit attitude but we did check in at 1am so I get him😅 the toilet water smelled so bad we couldn’t use it because the smell. The bed was really comfortable and clean sheets. Overall a decent hotel to stop for the night

Front desk staff made checking in horrible. I booked a trip for my cousins through Expedia. I have never had a problem booking the rooms myself but arranging another person for check in (used my cousins name) until I got to this hotel. They claimed that because the person who booked it didn’t match the guest name they would not let them check in. We called Expedia support and they also agreed it should have never been a problem. The man on expedia support had to speak with front desk staff to remind them of policies. Also, we used “book now, pay later” but the front desk used my card instead of asking what card should be used. I don’t understand how they could be so strict about me not being there for check in but had no problem charging my card without my authorization. My cousins did send me the money but the staff ruined their check in experience and I am very enraged by the unprofessional manner everything happened. So grateful for Expedia support teams for assisting.

I had something happen and needed an emergency place to spend the night, not at all prepared. Only the clothes on my back. Just wanted to shower and sleep. Only 2 mini bars of soap.

A budget motel is a budget motel. I get it. But your feet shouldn’t turn black from walking across the floor, the bath towels shouldn’t be so thin you can see through them, and a shower that only gets “just warm enough” is not ok. Yikes.

I would not stay here again. I left the property with 6 bites of some sort on my hand. This property should be shutdown.

They have mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain also . Expected a clean room towels are old and dingy blankets are stained with I don’t know what. Just nasty

Yeah, the room was OK until I tried to bathe in the morning lukewarm water at best yeah taking a cold shower after paying over $112 sucked. Don’t ever shop here. Worst experience of my life.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice!

It was convenient. Many things around there to provide necessary items. Just stayed 1 night by myself.

Clean room

The tv didn’t work and the toilet clogged the sheets were not washed

Standard room ,comfortable bed

Parking was ok. Didn't like they had weird people living on premises. Bedding was terrible, everything stained even towels.
