Quality Inn - Torrance Lomita

There were small spiders in the bed, ants in the bathroom. The shower/tub had a ball of hair in it. There were no hand towels and the bath towels were so terribly thin.

I would recommend. Our room was spacious and very clean the property itself was also very well maintained. Would book again

Then I start to smell the ant spray which did not got air out and still smell very strong in the room. I have problem with asthma and started to feel difficult breathing. Call the front desk and was told that hotel is fully booked and cannot accommodate us with another room. I told the front desk staff l can’t stay in the room due to that chemical smell. I contacted Expedia and informed them problem. I found another hotel room and immediately check out Quality Inn. The staff told me the hotel will refund me the room charge. Still waiting for the refund. Also the door lock is broken couldn’t lock the door completely has to use the latch to secure the door. I have never seen a hotel room like that. Was unsafe and they don’t care about their customers safety.

Clean, nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, quiet, and excellent breakfast selection. Overall, great value.

check in great. made us feel welcome. ist morning brkfst. good. 2nd morn. not good. guy doing it was out to lunch. out of coffee,sausage, milk,etc. no visible hurry. i checked out and left rather than wait on that dofus. not a good memory. room was good.

Pool was great and breakfast was okay it’s free so can’t complain.

Beautiful plants in the parking lot. Pool was very clean. My room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need an elevator and don't want to walk far ask for a room near the middle. I was able to use handicap parking right next to elevator, but my room was a bit of a walk from there. Otherwise, it was a very nice location for a short stay. Also the GrubHub drivers in the area were very friendly and prompt. I would use that service for food if you're getting delivery.

Our stay was great! We’ll consider staying here again whenever we are in town. Totally exceeded my expectation. First time I stayed on this kind of hotel. It didn’t disappoint.

Close to everything but the noise and ongoing guest next to my room had too much noise for the past 2 days. Loud music and yelling. They should clean beds every time you stay there

Positive point: housekeeper by hallway friendly welcoming. The owner/ manager shld learn from her.. Room sub standard. Bed squeaky; curtains off rails; towels rough worn out. Never again will we book this hotel

The pastries were hard and tasted stale, the waffle machine was broken, and the scrambled eggs and sausages did not taste fresh or good at all. Overall, the quality of the breakfast was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.

The check-in was good. The foot desk was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the end was very comfortable.

Clean and good location. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable with no firmness or support. We had two nights of terrible sleep and back pain.

The room lacked some comfortably. The bed was too soft. The breakfast lacked any choices and the area breakfast is served in is too small.

It was nice to not have to go out for breakfast it was included with the room. Very helpful staff on hand.
