Lovely staff Location No hooks in bathroom- would make it easier to reuse towels if there was somewhere to hang them! But it was a lovely bathroom.

Location was fantastic. Facilities were clean staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother. We booked a snug room but it had plenty of space. The free parking was an amazing bonus. We feel like we have found a real hidden jam here. Will definitely be back time and time again! Cannot fault it at all.

Location was great just a short walk to Wimbledon central. The staff were outstanding! Our air con stopped working on the first night around 9pm and the night manager fixed it very quickly . There was no fridge in the room so I asked for ice buckets to keep drinks cool and it was no bother at all. Total lifesaver. The free parking was a huge bonus. However you have to be lucky as very limited. Bed was very comfortable. I would say the staff at this hotel are literally holding the place together. They are amazing. The whole hotel needs a refurb. It’s looking a little worse for wear. The bathroom was not great & really tired and to flush the toilet was near impossible if you are not strong enough . The noise at night is a bit annoying- dance music is great but not when you are trying to get to sleep. The rooms are not sound proofed enough so you can hear every one in the corridor and next door rooms plus the lift pinging when people get on and off.
