Perfect location, value for money, staff friendly. Room could have done with a hoover.

Room service wasn't very good and things were often missing

Noisy cleaning staff - voices carried loudly early in the morning after NYE (that’s my only small criticism).

Nothing Everything

I asked not to be put in room 2 as there is an electrical fault with the bedside socket, that i have explained to the reception staff for the last 6 weeks while i have been staying 2 days a week. i still ended up in room 2.

We have stayed in Pelican for over 15 times in last 3 years. It's convenient for our jobs This time we got the worst room we ever had. Dirty, stinky, everything except TV was just not right. Sticky stains on carpet, broken shower, marks on the wall, bed was extremely small, mattress was uncomfortable, horrible pillows, pubes in bathroom on arrival, cracked shower floor, spider webs inside of night lamps... List goes on and on. The sharp corner of the shelf my partner hit with her head.. that's dangerous...I have written a message to management, let's see what will happen

Excellent hotel and facilities. A short walk to many restaurants and bars. The bed was a little uncomfortable but a small gripe.

The room was very clean, good tea and coffee facilities in the room and the bathroom was lovely. Was just the ticket after a day in Wimbledon watching the tennis.

i msg before also regarding this stay that the hotel has no ac working my room and we ask for other room other room also not working i ask for fan for they don't have fan in my room i ask i need refund they said talk to booking.com manager was so much rude he site back side and told front office that he is not in hotel very very bad and uncomfortable night i need full refund about this stay and they should not be on booking.com bcz miss commitment is not good i book this hotel bcz of the AC and main thing was not available to me even though i ask many times and i have no choice only that i have to sleep in the hell No AC working

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in London. I’m a very light sleeper, but I felt completely safe and had deep, restful sleep every night — which is rare for me! The staff were incredibly respectful, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for long stays. It felt peaceful, welcoming, and truly like a second home. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was exceptional, The apartment was super clean. Arrived late. But we had no problems getting directions on how to enter. Very nice will stay again on my next trip.

Location excellent for us.. close to St. George’s Hospital. Everything was fine.

It was a good clean room and good value considering it's in the suburbs of London. The room had all the things you needed towels, tea and coffee etc The room was rather on the small side and the location is right next to the hospital so the view isn't the best.
