Only a five minute walk from walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. Was told the room had a bathroom but when I got to the room had a shower and basin but no toilet. Which was in the corridor. Also went to ask for an extra pillow only to be told they only provided one pillow.

Room was spacious Communal Toilet. Mattress - I could feel every spring in the bed and ended up using a pillow under my shoulders and back to sleep. There was no water pressure or any water, when I was up at 5 until 0900! I saw a Spanish guy storm of disgust and 3 American women storm off, saying they would never stop there again and it "was disgusting!" I and my son were down for my father's funeral and didn't need that anxiety to start the day. The previous night people were actively making joints to smoke outside and the staff did nothing to disrupt or ignore these actions

Very good value. Good location near the tube with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops nearby. It is basic - which should be expected at this price
