It is an old hotel! Carpets and all, a bit expensive for the tiredness of the place.
-
Close to public transportation It was not the representation of the Crown Plaza I experienced in Singapore. Wall paper peeling, curtains fading, the food was horrible, the rooms were dated, furniture as well.

MY GRANDSON LEFT HIS BELT IN THE ROOM SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND MADE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I WAS ASKED TO EMAIL MY ADDRESS SO THEY COULD TELL ME THE COST FOR SENDING IT BACK WHICH I DID AND THEY NEVER REPLIED !!

Nothing to complain about, big room, very comfortable bed, clean , good breakfast and next to the Hanger lane station. And very friendly staff, good value for money. Great hotel if you have to be at this area of London. There nothing to do in the surrounding area. However Sheperds Bush is only 3 tube stops away.

I got locked in the bathroom coz of broken lock
-
Could have had a different choice in a few items The tub. Shower with a small elevation for folks who can’t climb into a deep tub and The need for hsnd rails
-
Service and staff service excellent Lack of Guinness and a pint or bottle of Bitter on offer
-
Had a good breakfast. Also had a very helpful staff. It is rather expensive. Also, is located a bit farther outside of London and so, it's not the most convenient place when going downtown.

Location is good, rooms are comfortable. Should put efforts in cleaning more.

Papika and the gentleman at reception wearing a turban were exceptional — their customer service was warm, professional, and truly impressive. Overall, our stay at the Crowne Plaza was enjoyable, especially thanks to the great reception staff. However, my wife had an unpleasant experience with a lady member of the housekeeping team who was rude in their interaction. We hope this can be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Not worth for money, less amenity. Location was far from center of attraction. Booked for double bet, they just combined single bed. Very basic facility.
-
Food and staff are great The property is getting old and worn I have breathing issues so a clean environment is crucial and when we laid in bed, we couldn’t believe the dust on our headboard.

Poor internet

Bar only open til 10pm. Bed dipped in the middle. Never enough milk for tea etc.

Toilet is clean, well maintained and got shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash and finally body lotion. Receptionist Anastesia was amazing, she was lovely, approachable and professional. The stay was definitely worth the money, and I highly recommend it ?
