Only real negative was the surely, rude blonde female day staff. Absolutely rude as hell. The afternoon lady was wonderful. Why is the blonde lady employed? Never toppedup Mills were

Very little, all a bit tired, bar & restaurant closed, good value but you get what you pay for The room I had was tiny, very different to the photos, i literally could just about get into the bathroom

Welcoming and easy check in. Safe, fridge, iron & board, hairdryer and coffee machine all in room. Free water and toiletries - thank you. A hot and powerful shower - was lovely. Overall excellent value for money

Room was way too small. Not doable for two adults. We couldn’t walk to the bathroom cos the bed was too close to the wall.

Great spot and lovely rooms

It was an affordable place to stay and pretty central for the price. The staff were wonderful at checkin / checkout The shower door was covered in limescale build up and could do with a good clean. We travelled as a pair and arrived at about 10pm. We left before 9am. However, I wouldn't have been comfortable walking from the train alone at that time of day as it is super quiet. There was a musty smell off the duvet.

No elevator

Good location Needs a little TLC and the space in the room was a bit tight

The common areas of the hotel felt somewhat dated, and it did not make the best initial impression. For example, the cream coloured carpets in the hallways seemed as if they had seen better days. I felt that the hotel facilities could use a slight restoration, especially as the hotel is advertised as 4-star.

The receptionist was welcoming and kind, the room was great! The shower is the most powerful shower I have ever used in a hotel. There were plenty of towels not just the typical 2 that other hotels give. They were also big enough especially if your a little on the chunkier side like me haha… it was clean, not many marks on walls etc. everything was provided, plenty of tea coffee biscuits and soap etc, even a shower cap was provided :) The only slight downside was the bed was a bit hard for my liking but that is personal preference and it was quite noisy with the road outside so bring some earplugs. However, in the hotel there was no noise at night from people etc. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place to settle in while visiting central London.

Room was compact but had everything needed and some extra touches. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Arrived at check in to the room not being ready and made to wait in an empty seating area with no one serving any drinks. All rubbish bags on the floors once we could go to the room. Tiny room with hardly any room to move around. Advertised pictures are deceiving, awful bed, worst sleep ever. Checked out first thing to get out of there.
