Close to tube and staff are polite The lightening in the room isn’t very good. The main light was poor. There is no plug sockets next to your bed for your mobile.

Lovely friendly staff especially Josh on reception The carpets are well past their best and badly need replacing as they are so stained and look very grubby even though they are obviously hoovered.

The reception staff and breakfast staff were very professional and friendly. The general manager was also very welcoming. They went above and beyond. Very happy with our stay. Everything was great.

Clean and tidy the room .staff excellent very helpful give advice .. Breakfast was excellent and staff service excellent. I will stay again with you ... Didn't know how to turn on the bedside lamps .. WiFi they had issue with but the staff explained....

The room was spacious and great for what we needed staying over for an event at wembley. Parking was convenient and felt safe leaving car there. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. The room felt slightly dated but for the time spent wasnt an issue and still had everything we needed.

Location, comfortable room, good a/c No WiFi in rooms plus no quiet spaces in the reception and bar areas. It was impossible to make a WiFi call or to work. For me, as an international traveler, this is a deal breaker and although I love this hotel and have been a frequent visitor, I will not stay here again.
