Room was lovely and the simple buffet breakfast very nice. Check in was very slow and staff tried to charge me £10.00 early check in fee, we arrived at 1410, even though I checked in online24 hours prior and selected check in time of 1200 to 1500.

It’s in the city so very close to amenities. It looks new, silent and strong WiFi. Recommended for anyone who wants to work from hotel. There was underwear left in the cupboard from a previous guest, which I found quite disgusting and unacceptable from a cleanliness perspective. I also requested an early check-in and was told over the phone that it had been arranged. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the concierge staff had no knowledge of the arrangement. As a result, we had to leave our bags in the locker and leave the hotel until the normal check-in time. Better communication between staff would have avoided this inconvenience.

We arrived early so decided to drop our bags in the foyer, but was pleasantly surprised to be told our room was ready 3 hours early! This meant we could check in and make get straight out the door to explore London. Our family room number 501 faced into the main road but we room was well soundproofed so we couldn’t hear the traffic and the kids loved the view. The hotel was very clean throughout and our room and bathroom very clean, comfortable bed tea and coffee and towels replaced daily. Air con worked perfectly. Ealing Broadway station 10 minutes walk. We used the car park Q parking at dickens yard only 5 minutes walk had plenty of spaces and cheaper than the limited parking at the hotel. Would recommend staying at the Ibis.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel was beautifully presented, clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. Everything was well looked after, and it was clear that a lot of attention was paid to making guests feel comfortable and valued. The staff deserve a special mention. They were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this really makes a hotel stand out. A huge thank you to the whole team for a great stay!
