Reviews

The shower wasn’t very clean and had mildew.
-
Close to Tube stop. Mix up by front desk due to not telling the restaurant that our room was changed because the original room was still not ready for us despite it being after the check in time. We seemed to be accused of having our meal as non-registered guests.
-
The road noise in the room was uncomfortably loud. I checked twice to see if the windows was open; it was not. The bathroom is quite small and narrow.

The hotel is in a great location, which was definitely a positive. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I booked a queen suite for three adults, but what we received was a double bed with a portable bed placed next to the toilet. This was not a proper three-person room and did not meet expectations. During checkout, I was also incorrectly invoiced and had to return to the hotel to ask about the extra charges. I was then told to call back the next day because the accounting department was closed due to the Bank Holiday. Overall, the service was not what I would expect from such a well-known brand.

It was great and close to the underground. Made it easy to go to the plays.

Good breakfast. Great customer service. Room temperature control. Couldn't get the AC to lower temperature.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and cozy rooms, great restaurant, convenient position close to Wembley stadium

the elevator was out of order my entire sty

Good location, recently renovated, nice rooms. Staff is good and cooperative especially the morning team at the front desk, very accommodating. Good and calm plan to sit for the meetings, coffee and chit chats at the lobby area. Lift was under maintenance during my visit and there was only one single lift working. Also the breakfast can be improved. Very few options to eat.
-
Clean, with a good room/bathroom size.
-
The room wasn’t that clean I found a toenail on the floor, the pillows were flat and not comfortable at all. The walls are paper thin, could hear EVERYTHING next door.
-
Breakfast was very nice! Nice airconditioned rooms
-
Too small a room!
-
The hotel seems old , the rooms and the bathrooms are super tiny , the lift stopped working three time during our two nights stay
-
This was the most unpleasant experience ever I cancelled my booking as the lift is not working
-
Nothing went well, one broken elevator. Room AC not working stuck at 20.5 degrees. Its a dumb question

The hotel is a nice option for a short stay- the room was comfortable and of decent size. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. I have stayed here a few times for a night. The location is good, you're in between Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway, so you have good options for restaurants, and a nice walk to the park to Ealing Green and Ealing Common. I feel the price is too much for what they offer for a room with no breakfast
