Excellent location & friendly staff Single bed room smaller than expected & 4th Floor required additional flight of stairs to get to from lift. Air conditioning turned off in middle of extra warm night.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Beautiful rooms & well maintained.
-
Near tube, air conditioning, modern bright with comfy bed, big tv and extensive continental breakfast & fridge in the room with good blinds at the window Ineffective hair dryer and the bathroom was very difficult to manoeuvre around as it was very small. Only 1 plug socket and no mirror in the main bedroom

Staff were abysmal, didn’t even give me room key for the first day and half of my stay because they couldn’t be bothered to do it when I checked in.
-
Quiet, well decorated and very comfortable
-

Very clean and quiet. Room and bathroom quite small but ok for the price. Breakfast fair with all essentials, no cooked breakfast. Quite far away from main sites - at least 20-30 mins via underground depending on where you’re going. That’s a compromise vs the price. Team mostly helpful.

Perfect location close to Earl’s Court. Nice reception area. Breakfast table was well supplied and a comfortable dining area to eat in.

I first stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and was glad to see that the rooms still look as fresh and modern as they did back then. Stayed during a heatwave and also appreciated the icy aircon! The room was small but well thought out and some nice touches like water and dressing gowns provided. Location is good, just a couple of mins from Earls Court tube which made travelling to my meeting in central London a breeze. Breakfast is included but it's a minimal cold breakfast. Fine for me, but don't go expecting a large buffet. Minor gripe that in the small double there's only a small mirror and no plug socket nearby.

Everything, the beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious with just the whole design and care put into the each room was the cherry on the cake. The beds were comfy when watching tv or the desk and seating if you wanted to do some work or read, and the room had some awesome lights especially the stars on the ceiling above the bed and LED lights in the bathroom and behind the tv makes it all feel cozy and well thought out! Also breakfast was included- self made, healthy breakfast options and luxurious dining room to eat and check in was just perfect and couldn’t be more happy with my stay and the area in Kensington and Chelsea so clean and peaceful with underground station 5 minutes away, M&S and other food places and amenities so close to the hotel- this accessibility ties it all together! I didn’t have any that really put any negative say on the hotel, maybe if the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower to give you the options but that’s not that much of a problem to have any impact on the hotel and room itself.
