It’s a very clean and spacious property. I did not like the fact that breakfast had mostly non halal options. That just means the halal eaters aren’t taken into consideration.

The staff were excellent helpful and friendly Not particularly clean I had lipstick on the cups and long dark hairs in bathroom and inside towels that were stained - lots of dust too

Location was central for us as we were attending the O2. Spacious room with all expected facilities in the room. There was wasted space in the room. It looked like a bigger bed had once been in the space, so it could have done with another chair/sofa as the sofa bed was made up as a bed and we had no where to sit other than on the bed. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn't take up that as an option.

Great variety for all good choice for an English breakie staff were helpful and we weren’t rushed to finish danishes was a great selection and the fruit was great Could have done with English breakfast tea bags as I am a big tea drinker but am not fond of flavoured tea or Yorkshire tea. The room was a little dusty and there was a couple of cobwebs but overall a great stay

The most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel! Nothing bad to say about any of them. Extremely helpful and understanding and absolutely went above and beyond!

Great choice for breakfast with good quality ingredients and well cooked. Room was great size and lots of space and furniture options to sit, relax. Minor touches let it down slightly. Stain in wardrobe not cleaned away and wardrobe dusty so didn’t use it. Bathroom bin lid was dented and bin rusty. Issues with payments being processed on card machine meant overcharged and had to contact for refund.
