The location for me was ideal The fact that I couldn’t get intouch with this hotel at all when away from the property. We discussed carpark but no availability at the hotel when trying to sort another carpark in the area they was not able to help at all. They don’t respond or check messages/emails the calls get forwarded to answer phone the other number on the booking won’t connect. This was a nightmare

The only decent thing about this accommodation is the pool area This is definitely NOT a 4 star property It’s like a glorified student accommodation Small bed No city view as booked

Great design, clean and friendly people No way to control the temperature except by opening the window. Let’s say they like it hot inside. We visited on a warm day in April, wouldn’t go there in summer.

Amazing

The staff were very polite My room wasn't clean when I got in and had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby while you tried to get me another room. The second room I was given had nail clipings on the floor but at that point I was too exhausted to argue with anyone and I new I was just in the room to sleep and shower.

The pool, location and pool were all very nice. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave which was fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower was very small, hard to move around in.

I loved how cheerful, pleasant and very ready to help all the staff were... Pavani, Anavind, the maintenance guys and even the security... very good workforce. I and my partner loved that we could cook our meals, we had feasts... the proximity of shopping centers and transportation services excellent. The facilities, like the pool, sauna, etc we really enjoyed those. I was really grateful for the free luggage keep after our checkout, super helpful that I and my partner could check out by 11am and still stay comfortably at the lobby till about 2 when we left for the bus station. I think they gi the extra mile compared to others. Also, Prompt response to any inconvinience we had... like anything we complained about got sorted or we got the help we needed and promptly. Its also a very beautiful place. The extra cooking utensils too... I am looking forward to bringing my group of guests here. Its a nice group location... We found it difficult to connect our TV and just gave up on it. I think we could have asked for help but we had our laptops, so no need. The bed was small and the toilet was small but I think its the room we booked cause we booked the smallest studio option.

Nice pool and jacuzzi Vibrator left in my room?? Water pressure in shower none existent and the tap in kitchen dripped constantly - this was mentioned in other reviews months ago so they clearly didn’t bother to fix it. This is a nice building ran by people who don’t value cleanliness and fixing issues

Pool, was nice and sauna then the bar was good too. The kettle was broken No pans or pots or any cookery equipment. Got stuffy in the room and windows wouldn’t stay open. The steam room was unclean and was really dirty. Paid extra for premium suite which is not different to the normal cheaper suites so wouldn’t recommend upgrading.

I didn’t stay I checked out a couple hours after checking In I was offered a refund but because it was booking through second hand party booking.com I never received it

The pool and spa. The shower was leaky. There was only 1 cup and 1 spoon.

Bathroom was a bit small. Shower a bit tight. No Aircon. Noise from wind and DLR.

The swimming pool great with views The room was small and rather unclean with hair on the mattress.

The view was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly It’s lovely to have a swimming pool, sauna & steam room, especially on the 20th floor The door is the heaviest door I’ve ever had to open in my life. You have to lean into it with all of your body weight just to open it. The bathroom was so small there wasn’t even any room to turn around. You could hear the DLR go past and vibrate the room every 5 to 10 minutes and it was very noisy. What else? The room was rather small.

The sink in the bathroom was extremely small, and the water did not drain properly at all. There were no slippers provided in the room, which was quite disappointing and not what I would expect.

Extraordinary

Laundry Poor administration and management, nobody knows what they are doing at the front desk; conflicting answers to questions; many trips to the front desk are required to answer requests; room was not properly working, could not use outlets; refrigerator was not working; tv was not working and nobody knew how to solve the problem; lack of training in hospitality.
