The hotel describes each room as follows: "Each room features a washing machine, kitchen, bath, tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries." my room did not have any of these features. there were communal services shared between 4 rooms. This is 100% incorrect and not what I thought I was paying for. If I had known services were communal I would not have booked here. The website and room description is wrong, all services are communal / shared and not "features" of the room.

Checkin and checkout simple and straight forward. Location good right next to Crossharbour station. Appartment is sparce. Living room space isn't really usable. Shower enclosure broken and silicon mouldy. Shower temperature seemed locked at tepid. Shower was uncomfortable in the morning. Suspect the shower mixer unit has broken.

Location was great, it's very easy to get to the O2 or Canary Wharf. The accomodation is absolutely fine for the price I paid. Obviously it's not a 5 star accomodation and has a shared bathroom, but for one night this didn't matter to me at all. The bed was comfy and that's all that matters to me! The only downside were the other guests who came back very late at night, stampeding through the place like a herd of elephants. But this is obviously not the fault of WNS and they had plenty of signs up asking guests to be quiet and considerate of others.

Non-existing staff, dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. When we arrived, nobody was there. The listing mentions a "reception," however no such thing existed. We had to call and wait for someone to come and open the door for us.

It is a shared apartment which I was not aware and the other tenants are loud and they don't clean up after themselves. The people outside the building are too noisy. Some of them sounds like they are drunk or high and they were shouting until 3-4 in the morning. The furnitures are old, some are broken and the appliances are rusty.

Bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is very good as it is near the train station, restaurants and shops. The welcoming staff (one person) is okay, but the manager is nice and kind as I texted him we have no towels in the room and he provided me right away. It is beside a pub, so if you like a quiet and peaceful night, this isn't the place for you. It's shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests, but other than that you have a private room and a nice view.

Nothing This is not a hotel it is like student accommodation and was terrible there was vomit on the curtains and on the walls of our room. Pictures on site are nothing like where we stayed See above

The so called WNS Hotel is not a Hotel but rather a Flat with a room in Shared Accommodation. The name is completely misleading, along with the location. If you get anywhere near it, you won't find it - unless you arrive after 11am, for somebody to call you back. So the parking is not on the location, it's in another vicinity 10min walk that you have to pay extra £10. Definitely disappointed and not what I had paid for, in all honestly feel a little ripped off and completely mislead.
