WNS Hotel

The area was very close to my work Sheets were super stained and the place smelled very bad

The property is in a great location, close enough to walk to Canary Wharf. The room is modern and was clean.

Dirty bath tube with missing buttons was confusing.

Good location with easy access to transport, good sized room and bathroom Tv was mounted on the wall not facing the bed with no way to move it to face the bed, curtains let in a lot of light as there are bright street lights, bed was quite hard but not too bad and the pillows need an update as they are quite flat.

We liked how close we were to Canary wharf. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Great location, room was very bug for. London standards but the restroom was beyond disgusting! Because the rugs in the restroom were so nasty it made it smelled like urine, the smell bleed to the bedroom. Also the tub looked nasty but the guy said it was just damaged. We couldn’t shower, the floors were sticky and there was no way we were going to be barefoot in there.

No Air Condition, bit noisy! Just one key for three occupants which is messy.

Location, price Two separate rooms instead of 1 as I thought I was booking for the 3 of us. Bathroom small and made small by disabled fixtures which we didn't request. Light in our hallway couldn't be turned off.

Excellent staff and excellent location. I guess the problem was the room we were given. Had to be family room, but in fact it was 2 separate rooms with shared bathroom. Overall, really good place, but not that room which we had (not on the first floor) They were no hot water (or we couldn't find where to turn it on at least). As we stayed for a night, we didn't make a huge problem out of that

Description of the room misleading! Bathroom of deluxe room is not en-suite, but in the staircase, separated by two doors.

Having a microwave in there would be really nice, the bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit of an issue but considering how nice the property was that can be ignored.

Small clean and location was good for what we needed Only thing was bed was a little to firm for me

Newly refurbished and very clean. The room had everything we needed for one night, kettle, tea, coffee, even water was provided in a fridge. The fridge, was very noisy and the bright lights, would be better if it was stored in some sort of cupboard.

I have stayed here before a couple of times and was presently surprised by the renovated rooms. Will definitely stay again

I'mWe had a lovely stay at WNS skylines. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, thank you for making our stay so easy for us! The room was massive, and as shown in the pictures. Everything was immaculately clean, powerful hot shower, and beds were very comfortable. We were staying with two children, so the location was ideal being so close to the station , town was around 20/30m on the tube. We also took a short walk to canary wharf and caught the Uber boat taxi into town which I'd recommend. Room was quiet, with complementary tea/coffe and water. There was also a small fridge if needed - plenty of shops nearby so would be handy if we were to stay longer. Such an underrated area and the hotel is basically right on the water - a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Which was absolutely stunning at night time! Very easy to arrive via car, and parking was also so easy and inexpensive through the hotel . We parked directly outside our room! All in all a very successful stay. We will be back! PS - so many great places for the children to play hide and seek in the room ? They had such a great time and didn't want to leave!

The room was exceptional, very good value for money, warm atmosphere, modern and the decor was sleek. The room was spacious and bright, exactly what it looked like in the picture. My visit to London was for a medical appointment, I will be recommending this place to any other people wanting to come down for the same reason.

The renovated property was superb, clean and well maintained. the staff was also very friendly and polite They said they will be adding more facilities so I hope they do soon
