No housekeeping

The hotel is hard to find staff to communicate, all requests go through whatsapp. no tooth paste provided nor daily cleaning.

Excellent location, few minute walking distance to Queen Elizabeth line, and Jubliee line. Unit has full kitchen and washer/dryer. Also central AC. We came here during the heatwave, the AC really saved us. The unit is super clean and modern. The gym in the building is very small. Only cardio machine and free weights

The place is brand new so we feel lucky to be one of the first clients, but also there are still improvements to make. the design of the room is weird: the shower is in the bedroom, not separated - and no mention of it nowhere we discovered it once in the room - as i was travelling with my son it was hard to coordinate for a simple daily and necessary action... - also, all the electro is very hard to use, it is one of this minimalistic design very not comprehensible... and we asked for help for hours and eventually someone answered but we were of course in the City and not waiting more time ... - also, the lights are also not well designed, it takes hours to understand which button is what and how to use it : push it or turn it - for the whole room or locally ... also no help for hours, we had to shower in the dark - also the TV is weirdly positioned in the bedroom

Location and style

The location was excellent loved the interior and one of the main reasons I booked this property. It was within walking distance of WeWork, where I spent most of my days, which made my stay very convenient. The room was comfortable, and the property was well connected to shops, restaurants, and public transportation The cleanliness of the property was below my expectations, especially for an extended stay. My experience with communication and service was also disappointing. The WhatsApp support were un a, but during my first few days, my messages went unanswered, which was stressful when I needed assistance. getting assistance often required going down to the lobby in person I received different information from different employees regarding housekeeping, and there seemed to be a lack of consistency in communication. One staff member told me I needed to request cleaning at the lobby, while another gave me different instructions. I was also told the property was understaffed and had only opened a few weeks earlier, but as a guest, I did not feel this justified the lack of service. My biggest issue was with a room change. I agreed to move to a smaller and less expensive suit, expecting to receive a refund for the difference. Despite showing that the room was cheaper on multiple booking platforms, I was told no refund would be given because the pricing on their website was different. I felt the situation was handled unfairly and left me feeling frustrated and trapped. The lack of flexibility and willingness to resolve the issue had a significant negative impact on my stay.

The hotel is modern and feels very new. The location is excellent, with easy access to Canary Wharf and nearby transport links. The room was clean and the overall design of the property was stylish and comfortable. The air conditioning in our original room was not working properly and was only blowing warm air. On the first night, we could barely sleep because the room was so hot. We reported the issue the next day, and someone came to adjust the thermostat and told us it was fixed, but the problem remained and we had another uncomfortable night. On the third day, after two sleepless nights, I went to reception to complain. Only then was I told that this was a known issue affecting multiple rooms in the building. We were moved to a different room, and the difference was immediate — the air conditioning worked properly and we finally slept well. What disappointed me most was not the issue itself, but the way it was handled. We felt that the problem was not acknowledged honestly from the start, and we were left in an unsuitable room for two nights before a solution was offered.

The facility and everything was nice The shortage of staff specially housekeeping. Our rooms were dusty and no one came to clean them after asking them multiple times. We understand it’s a new hotel, but we stayed there for a week and we were not able to get housekeeping not even for one day during the whole week.

This spot is fantastic, right in the heart of Canary Wharf, and it’s super quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, the decor is modern, and there are plenty of places to grab coffee and breakfast. Plus, you get a great view of the city! The room floor could use a bit more TLC—maybe a regular cleaning would be great! Also, a bit of speed boost for the Wi-Fi would be fantastic.

Lucky enough to be the first guest to stay in my room! ;) Everything was excellent, despite being just recently opened.

everything- especially many of the staff members ( Angelica was amazing) the room was incredible location was perfect F&B is still in progress but the quality was great! My team and I had a wonderful stay nothing- everything was truly incredible! my background is in hotels and this hotel was perfect!
