Comfy bed Staff acting like don't care. They was grumpy all the time and I dont feel comfortable with them. I didnt see smile on their faces not even ones.Very depresing people. Room was dirty. Carpet was discusting, I feel sick when I saw it. It was cold air condition was anly cooling. All night was very loud like some car engine was working in the room. Horrible . Thank god it was olny two nights. Breakfest no choice at all.

The faciltiies were good and the price was reasonable. We were able to store luggage there. It was in a quite industrial, busy area and crossing the rods around there was quite hairy. It was quite close to a DLR (monorail) station but navigating the roads and station with our luggage and with kids was not so easy.

Not alot would not stay here again .but location was fine for what I needed it for I couldn't get early check in even when I asked earlier in the week. Staff were no help at all . I was there for brothers wedding round corner and as i could not get early check in I had to change my outfit for wedding in the toiler near reception and not do my hair. The parking is also down as private but there is a charge of £16 for 24hours and I was overcharged so im currently trying to get this back. Be aware it is not free parking

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel very clean and tidy Breakfasts on side plates!! Never have i eaten from a side plate before, but having asked if they were the rights plates they confirmed they were! Also beds the smallest I've ever seen. My daughter and i had a twin room, the beds were so small that you couldn't turn over without falling off. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff was really nice! There is an Uber pick up location right out front which is very convenient. The bathroom specifically wasnt the best, it looked a bit dirty and the shower leaked trough the rest of the bathroom.

The room was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Stayed in a twin bed and it was quite small but not a huge deal as the room was good value for money.

Only good thing was location Rooms tiny, carpet stinking, walls all battered, had to move rooms 3 times one because they put me in a room I didn’t book (cheaper room), then the next room they put me in stunk of weed and sofa bed was on the floor. Also tried to change me £200 more than it was!
