The staff were excellent and catered for our needs and my room was extremely comfortable and clean out side court yard relaxing and quiet nice seating area. The hotel was of a high standard. There was nothing I didn’t like .

Super friendly staff and greeting on arrival. We had a gorgeous split level room with mezzanine bedroom. It was lovely and quirky, only slight negative was there was no carpet or runner on the stairs which made them feel slightly slippery. It is a very minor point to note and didn’t distract from our stay. For those not stable on their feet, it could be an issue. Don’t let this put you off it’s a very small personal observation.

The staff were exceptional. Harsh on reception when I arrived was welcoming and extremely helpful. As was mustafa when I checked out in the morning. The staff were so good I have already booked further stays and recommended the hotel to friends who have also booked stays for Christmas time. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Maybe the bar to stay open later as I came back to the hotel after my evening out after ten and it was closed. Also breakfast in bed would be a nice option.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the room itself was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. The staff were incredible, from Harsh at reception being so welcoming & accomodating to the housekeeping team, everyone was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend! Nothing to not like!
