Breakfast selection was good with decent choice of both hot and cold foods to pick from. Helpful and friendly room staff who looked after our rooms. Near Faringdon underground by walk or on public bus just outside the door. Bar didn't have tv on to watch a soccer match one of the nights we stayed there and staff member was not helpful to do so.

Super hotel all round, rooms were spacious and quiet, breakfast - good variety and quality, staff very helpful, left luggage which was important for us as we arrived early and left London late evening. The only slight downside was we were moved to Crown Plaza ( we understand holiday inn express was being used by government to house refugees) which was a lovely hotel but about 12 minutes walk from nearest tube plus buses weren't running on the road outside due to works.

The breakfast was great. Also the hotel was very clean and the stuff very polite. The room size was small for 4 persons. I would prefer bigger.

Close to where I was working. Tricky to find as very poor signage. Room was dirty, window ledge not been cleaned in months and hairs in the shower. Limited choice on food menu, was either spicy or fish. Not a vegan weirdo simple food would of been great.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working very well. It was way too hot, couldnt open the window cause they were locked shut. Didn’t get no sleep for 2 days, and they was 4 of us in the room. Waited 30 mins for breakfast cause there was a queue. Very disappointing stay•

I did not feel safe at the location. Parking costs were VERY expensive. Staff would not address A/C concerns, simply said, "Sorry it doesn't work, we're full so you can't change rooms"

Front desk was super nice!! Super clean, modern. All you want for a weekend getaway Thanks for the top job of the night shift security gently keeping the local crowd of partygoers from messing the place up :) Great job guys!
