The ac was not working and the hotel was way too hot, the fan had a 2 hrs limit and throughout the night the room was roasting, way too hot. I don't think the ac worked too well. I won't stay there again I would go somewhere else. The restaurant was ok, the food was good, the staff were fine and the ac downstairs works but in the room it was unbearable The room was way too hot and I spent all night getting up to put the fan on every 2 hours, not very happy about this.

Very clean, welcoming staff. Great food, breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was on wheels and moved when you just sat or moved on the bed.

The room is worn out. The beds are moving, you can't lock them. The head of the bed has scratches, the leather is worn out. Loud at night from the busy street.

Nothing Beds Hard Pillows hard and small Maid woke us up 8.30 tapping on the door to see if checked out and we did not check out till 12pm

Basic for the high cost and mediocre location .. felt a little gouged over price (off-weekend)

Location. Proximity to public transit. The AC of my room wasn’t working. The staff sent maintenance crew but the issue was not fixed.

Location to London Heathrow, and comfort Bathroom facilities were horrendous. A shower without a shower door? Bring extra towels, as the shower water will spray all over the floor. A bathroom sink without an outlet? That’s right…why would ANYONE need an outlet near the bathroom sink? (Hair dryer?…… what a joke. Owner needs a new Architect, Developer)

After multiple visits in London and several experiences, this is the best hotel in London. The rooms was wide and clean. Staff were friendly. Location is perfect
