It was very convenient to the theatres & main attractions. For almost £500 per night. The room did not have a smart tv. It was a very old dated one. Which ruined our first night as we had planned to watch a film with my daughter. The room smelt damp (which is told reception) they then put a plug-in to cover the smell. The damp needs to be found & removed. Not covered up. The staff were all excellent. Apart from the plug in. Also rather than giving free cheese, crisps, etc etc I thought that price should have inc breakfast & not the other unnecessary stuff. Also the kettle area in room didn’t reach a plug & no milk given.

The attention to detail at this hotel is mind blowing. One of the most beautiful hotel rooms ever! It has a glass rooftop that shows clouds passing by! Everything was perfect!

Just, wow. From the second you enter this property the service and experience is above and beyond - a true 5-star level. They have done an exceptional job keeping the original feel/design and really go above and beyond for their customers - from the welcome cocktail to in-room service. I just wish there was a fitness center in the property!

I liked having everything operating out of the main library room. It was nice to chat with some of the other guests. Also, I liked that The place felt included. Even though it was centrally located. In general, I like attentive staff, but I really felt like people were covering. It was uncomfortable to have so many people to staring at you. Also, I felt it was a little cheap not to offer any complimentary beverages at the honor bar.
